Discovery & integration strategy
We review the deal commitments and what each organization brings, then set the integration strategy: the target state, the sequence and the standards that should carry forward.
Whether it's your first deal or your fifth, the same proven approach applies: set the integration strategy, then bring together people, processes, systems and data. We tailor each step to your deal, so integration stays consistent, timely and easier to repeat.

We review the deal commitments and what each organization brings, then set the integration strategy: the target state, the sequence and the standards that should carry forward.
We bring teams together: roles, structure, ownership and decision rights, so the combined organization knows who does what and works as one.
We map how work gets done on each side and define one way of working with clear governance, so the processes hold up as volume grows or products change.
We review core systems across your organization, past acquisitions and the new target, then decide what to keep, connect or retire, and in what order.
We define a common data model, reconcile definitions and ownership, and plan the path to a single trusted source that future acquisitions can plug into.
We run the related integration projects alongside your teams: governance, workstream tracking, risk management and reporting, so deal commitments are met and learnings are captured.
We work alongside leadership and the teams doing the integration.

A short form. Where the deal stands, what has to work, and what is already at risk.
02
A senior consultant who has led this work before, not a salesperson. We define what a good outcome actually looks like.

If we can help, we run a 1 to 2 hour immersion at no cost. From that we give you the recommendation, the risks, and a price.
A financial services firm with more than 1,300 employees acquired a division of another company, bringing on 160 new employees (about a 12% increase in headcount) and a new product line. Although the deal had been known for months, the firm had only 10 weeks until go-live and no plans in place for any integration workstream.
We took over the integration program and deployed project managers across every critical workstream: HR and employee onboarding, training and communications, CRM configuration and data migration, finance and accounting data migration, and ordering system configuration and data migration. We built plans for each workstream from scratch and drove active project and risk management through to go-live.
The client hit its go-live date with everything needed in place. All 160 employees were transitioned and equipped on time, and training went off without a hitch.
